The Stephen Lamberth schools of Tae Kwon Do have a very strict yet understanding syllabus for all it's students. Over the years we have found a need to adjust our teaching methods and adapt our training to suit the students. Tae Kwon Do instruction should develop students ability to progress at their own pace yet develop their skills in a controlled manner. Devoted students will want to progress at a quick pace, but we also understand that for many people the development path may take longer.
Tae Kwon Do cannot be learnt overnight, it takes many years of controlled training and grading to grow through the grading process. The Black belt is achievable to anyone willing to put in both the time and the effort.
Our students age from 4 to 64 years old, and from white to 3rd Dan Black Black belt, which is why our club is perfect for anyone wanting to learn Tae Kwon Do.
